Daniel started life initially as a competitive high-performance sailor. Still very enjoys outdoor sports, snowboarding, mountain biking and still sails from time to time.
Daniel’s love for sustainability, nutrition and future food security has led to him co-founding Edibl, an insect farm growing crickets and locust for human and pet consumption.
